This service is offered for z/OS, Unix, Linux and Windows environments.

The aim of this project is to realize a brand new Resource Accounting application or to adequate the existing applications to the technical evolution.

Our methodology, designed in years through successful projects at big, complex sites, allow us to identify the best solution for each customer. This methodology is based on the following principles:

• balance the requirements of fairness, accuracy and completeness with the needs of simplicity and manageability;
• minimise the overhead induced by the Resource Accounting application on the system;
• define the architecture, platforms, program languages and DBMS to use, that will warrant the best efficiency at the lowest cost;
• use standard tools and metrics in all the involved environments, eventually integrating them with info coming from user files, log archives, etc.
