This service is offered for z/OS, Unix, Linux and Windows environments.

The aim of this service is to analyse and clearly define the reasons for a specific critical situation, usage of resources or performance of mission critical applications, workload behaviours and system parameter definitions, identifying possible solutions and corrective actions.

The activity is divided in the following steps:

Phase 1: data collection
In this phase we collect some worth data of few relevant days, for both production and test systems.

Phase 2: resource analysis, parameters and system components verification
The data is analyzed, comparing various periods in order to identify and avoid occasional events; a preliminary report is produced and discussed with the customer’s system analysts. At the end of this meeting the real problems are highlighted, and actions to be taken are identified.

Phase 3: verification of the applied modifications, obtained results, and production of the final report.
In this phase we collect and analyze some data of some representatives days after the modifications (agreed in phase 2) have been applied. Finally we produce a final report containing the agreed actions and the obtained results.
