On Monday morning a production system was suffering a strong CPU constraint; looking at EPV Configuration Changes Performance Analysts verified that on Saturday a CP was taken from PROD and assigned to another LPAR to run some tests; unfortunately nobody remembered to give the CP back to PROD.
